Arabic-first and bilingual

A right-to-left interface and invoices your customers can read in Arabic and English.

Two app windows side by side, one laid out left to right and one right to left, joined by a translate icon

The whole interface can run in Arabic, laid out right to left, so your team works in the language it uses every day. Invoices and receipts are issued in Arabic or in Arabic and English together, and reports carry Arabic headings. A customer, supplier or inspector reads the document in the language they prefer, with no separate translated copy to prepare.

What you get

A genuine right-to-left layout

Menus, forms, tables and buttons are mirrored for Arabic, so columns, totals and actions sit where an Arabic reader expects to find them, and nobody has to hunt for a button on the wrong side of the screen.

Bilingual invoices and receipts

Issue one invoice that serves a Saudi customer and an international partner: labels and totals appear in Arabic and English on the same document. Receipts printed at the counter work the same way.

Each user picks their own language

An owner who prefers Arabic and an accountant who prefers English can work in the same company, each in their own language, while seeing exactly the same invoices and balances.

Arabic reports for owners and accountants

Financial, sales, VAT and customer balance reports show Arabic headings, so you can print or share them as they are, without rewriting a single column title.

How it works

  1. 1

    Choose Arabic as your language

Select Arabic in your user preferences and the interface switches to right to left. Each user chooses separately, so colleagues who prefer English are not affected.

  2. 2

    Enter names in Arabic

Write customer names, addresses and product descriptions in Arabic, and add English text for the documents that go to buyers who read English.

  3. 3

    Issue documents and share them

Confirm an invoice or complete a POS sale, then print or share it in Arabic or in Arabic and English. The VAT total and the QR code appear in both versions.

Frequently asked questions

Can an invoice show Arabic and English together?

Yes. Invoices and receipts can be issued in Arabic, or in Arabic and English on the same document, which suits customers who deal with international partners or auditors. Choose the language that fits the customer when you issue it.

Is the whole system in Arabic, or only the invoices?

The interface itself runs in Arabic and right to left, and so do invoices, receipts and reports. Each user can pick Arabic or English, so a mixed team can share one workspace. Text you type yourself, such as product names, stays exactly as you wrote it.

Do I have to type everything twice?

No. Write in Arabic, or in whichever language you normally use, and the document prints it as entered. Add an English version only for the customers who need one. Standard labels such as Total, VAT and Due date are already available in both languages.
