Who we are
Fatooraz Software Company operates Fatooraz. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our website, create an account or use your workspace, and how we handle it.
What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, phone, company name, VAT or commercial registration number if you provide them), technical data such as IP address and device information, and the business records you store in your workspace.
How we use it
To create and run your workspace, to send service messages such as email verification and trial reminders, to secure the service and prevent abuse, and to improve our website. We do not sell personal data.
Your workspace data
Business records in your workspace belong to you. Each workspace has its own database. If your trial ends without a subscription, the workspace is suspended, kept for 30 days, then archived and deleted under our retention policy, subject to legal retention duties.
Email alerts and checklists
If you ask on our free tools for an email alert or an e-invoicing readiness checklist, we keep your email address, your language and, for the checklist, your quiz answers. We email you only after you confirm the address, and we send only what you asked for. The quiz answers are deleted once the checklist has been sent, and every message has a link to unsubscribe. The free tools themselves run in your browser: what you type into them is not sent to us.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent. Write to hello@fatooraz.com and we will respond within the period the law requires.
Security and retention
We use access controls, encrypted connections and isolated databases. We keep data only as long as needed for the service or required by law, including tax record-keeping duties.
